On November 3, 2023, the Amarillo Master Chorale presented the southwest premiere of an oratorio entitled "Rivers of Within" by American composer Mark Kilstofte. This stunning multi-movement work, with text drawn from the Book of Isaiah, formed the core of a larger, water-themed program featuring works by Mack Wilberg and Christopher Tin.
