Tune in to special holiday programming on Panhandle PBS

This holiday season, Panhandle PBS has a robust lineup of special programming to check boxes on everyone’s list. Some of the featured programs include:

  • Lucy Worsley discovers that much of what we enjoy in contemporary Christmas has Tudor origins in “Lucy Worsley’s 12 Days of Tudor Christmas,” airing at 9 p.m. on Monday, December 4. 
  • World class tenor and West Texas native Eric Barry performs holiday music both sacred and sentimental from the Christmas songbook in “Eric Barry: Home for Christmas,” airing at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 7. 
  • In “Mary Berry’s Ultimate Christmas,” join the beloved British home cook as she shares tips for the ultimate Christmas feast.
  • While the cast of “America’s Test Kitchen,” is home for the holidays, they share great tips for planning a stress-free gathering! This special will air at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23.
  • “Ava Barber – Christmas in the Smokies,” features Ava, Dick Dale, Joe Feeney, Ralna English and a children’s choir performing holiday music at the Rainbow Music Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It will premiere at 12 p.m. on Sunday, December 24. 
  • Christmas has come to Skeldale! Tune in to “All Creatures Great and Small: Merry Bloody Christmas,” at 9 p.m. on Sunday, December 24.
  • Catch up on “Call the Midwife: Holiday Specials” from years past starting at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 25, with the newest holiday special premiering at 7 p.m.
