Dear Friends of Panhandle PBS,
On behalf of the entire staff at Panhandle PBS, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to each of you who took the time to reach out to our state representatives in support of Amarillo College and its continued commitment to our station. Your calls, emails, and word of mouth helped us avoid a potential disruption of our vital services.
Your collective efforts and voices have not gone unnoticed. Advocacy from our members and community partners plays a vital role in reinforcing the importance of public media and the educational mission we serve throughout the Texas Panhandle. Thanks to your outreach, our message has been amplified in powerful ways.
We are truly honored to have such a passionate and engaged community standing with us. Your support not only strengthens Panhandle PBS, but also helps ensure that we can continue providing trusted programming, local storytelling, and educational resources to all the people of the Texas Panhandle we serve.
As we look ahead, we must now turn our focus to securing threatened national support from the federal government to continue building on our momentum and safeguard the future of public media in our region.
Thank you again for your continued dedication. We appreciate you more than we can fully express.
With deep appreciation,
Kevin Ball, CEO, Panhandle PBS
Julie Grimes, General Manager, Panhandle PBS
