Texas’ official travel counselors – those who greet visitors at 12 travel centers statewide – and others from the tourism industry were in Amarillo this past week to learn what the Panhandle offers travelers.
They’ll go back to their respective regions and spread the word about Amarillo, potentially giving the region additional exposure to the growing number of tourists entering the state.
