1/4 Cup (2oz) chilled prosecco or other sparkling wine
2 Tablespoons (1oz) chilled club soda
Garnish: Thinly sliced lemon
Method:
Combine Aperol and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass; stir in prosecco and club soda. Garnish with lemon and serve immediately. Yield: 1 cocktail.
