New series "Bands of Enchantment" coming to Panhandle PBS

A new music television series, “Bands of Enchantment” is coming to Texas and New Mexico PBS stations this summer and fall. 

All episodes of “Bands of Enchantment” are filmed live in Tucumcari, New Mexico, and feature artists and bands from all over the country. Season one will include musical acts that have been featured on The Grammys, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo Music Festival, SXSW, NPR Tiny Desk, Rolling Stone, and more! Tune in to catch performances from Brett Dennen, Making Movies, Southern Avenue, Junior Mesa, Lilly Hiatt, The Texas Gentlemen, Lydia Loveless, Max Gomez, Carlos Medina, Micah Thunder, Sara Marie Rorie, and The Levi Platero Band.

“Bands of Enchantment” was created by New Mexico State University alumni Ken C. Peterson. His stepfather, Vincent Chavez Sr. (Latewa Media) and his stepbrother Vince T. Chavez (Elkhorn Entertainment) serve as executive producers.
