1 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 Cups milk
Method:
In a small saucepan, mix sugar and cocoa until thoroughly even in color and texture. Turn stove to medium heat and add milk and butter. Stir constantly until reaching desired consistency.
