An Amarillo chophouse that pays homage to traditional New York- and Chicago-style steakhouses now is under construction at Town Square Village.
Perry WIlliams General Contractors has begun to finish out an 8,700-square-foot space at the Residences at Town Square for Prime Chophouse and Lounge. The project carries a construction value of $350,000, according to city building permit data.
The restaurant is the latest from Brian Mason, the man behind BL Bistro.
Prime Chophouse will offer Prime USDA natural beef and fresh seafood.
