How do I set up My Panhandle PBS Online Account?
Please note: New My Panhandle PBS Online Account profiles can take up to two business days to process due to limited staff resources. Thank you in advance for your patience!
Step 1: Click My Panhandle PBS Online Account Login under the My Panhandle PBS Online Account banner on panhandlepbs.org, or you can click the banner above.
Step 2: Click the "Sign up for an account" link on the My Panhandle PBS Online Account login page.
Step 3: Fill out and submit the form. (You may want to make a note of your username and password.)
How do I log in to My Panhandle PBS Online Account?
Step 1: Click My Panhandle PBS Online Account Login under the My Panhandle PBS Online account banner on panhandlePBS.org
Step 2: Enter your username and password, then click Log In.

What can I do with My Panhandle PBS Online Account?
Update Payment Information: Panhandle PBS members can update credit card, debit card or EFT (electronic fund transfer) information on their current pledge by logging in to their My Panhandle PBS Online Account profile and clicking Stored Payment Info under the My Profile drop-down menu.
Become a Sustaining Member or Change Your Sustaining Gift: Panhandle PBS members who wish to take advantage of the convenience of being a sustaining member can start or increase their monthly contribution by logging in to their My Panhandle PBS Online Account donor profile and clicking Make a Donation at the top of their page.
Change to EFT: To switch your payment method to EFT (electronic fund transfer from a bank account), log in to your My Panhandle PBS Online Account profile and click Your Giving in the Membership Account Details section. Switching to EFT for monthly giving mitigates processing cost.
Generate Your Tax Receipt: Charitable gifts to Panhandle PBS may be tax deductible. Members who would like to print a receipt for tax purposes can do so by logging in to their My Panhandle PBS Online Account profile and clicking Tax Receipt at the top of the page. Up to five years of receipts are available for viewing and printing.
Change Your Contact Information: Panhandle PBS members may change the street address, phone number and email address on file by logging in to their My Panhandle PBS Online Account profile and clicking My Information under the My Profile drop-down menu.
