Young badgers will get a hands-on chance to learn more about Panhandle PBS and other forms of media at a new camp this summer.
The Digital Media Camp, which runs from 9 a.m. to noon daily July 11 to 15, is one of hundreds of Badger Kids College offerings at Amarillo College.
Panhandle PBS and FM90 staffers will join with colleagues in the Amarillo College Matney Mass Media program to introduce middle-school students to the world of digital media.
Students will work with high-quality equipment and professional experts in the fields of TV, radio and online media.
That camp is part of an expanded offering of camps for middle and high school students including sports, art, dance, acting, cooking, business, robotics and many more.
