A night full of illusion and beloved Disney characters is heading to Amarillo in early 2018.
Tickets are on sale Tuesday for Disney Live! Mickey and Minnie's Doorway to Magic, to be staged at 1 and 4 p.m. Jan. 13 in the Amarillo Civic Center Complex Auditorium, 401 S. Buchanan St.
Tickets are $20, $25, $30, $40 and $50, plus fees and will be available through all PanhandleTickets outlets (including area United Supermarkets), at 806-378-3096 or at the Civic Center box office.
The show will feature Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy, as well as a host of characters from favorite Disney films.
"See the Fairy Godmother transform Cinderella’s rags into a beautiful ball gown in a split second; the Toy Story gang defy the dimensions of Andy’s toy box with the help of the green army men; and the spectacular stage debut of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider as they rise into the sky amidst the floating lanterns," according the show's website.
Also featured will be the Genie from Aladdin, Snow White and Tinker Bell.
