A slew of music — from rock to country to Tejano and almost everything in between — is heading your way through Dec. 15. Here's your list of every available tuneful option.
Acapulco Mexican Restaurant

Amarillo Botanical Gardens
In addition to about 200,000 holiday lights, the center's Christmas in the Gardens event will feature music from a variety of performers through Dec. 23 at the gardens, 1400 Streit Drive. On tap in coming days: Caprock High School varsity choir on Friday, Golden Spread Men's Chorus on Saturday, Ascension Academy on Sunday, West Texas A&M University's Sforzando choir on Monday, Sweet Adelines on Tuesday, Yvonne Perea on Wednesady and the Tascosa High School choir on Thursday. Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts
The Hood Mass Choir — made up of members from 15 Amarillo churches, according to organizer Donnell Hill — will give its 23rd Christmas in the Hood concert at 5 p.m. Dec. 11 in the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts, 500 S. Buchanan St. "We have always done it at churches, but it had gotten so large, so we decided we needed a larger place," Hill said. Tickets are $5. Call 806-378-3096.
Golden Light Cantina
Amarillo favorites Maggie Burt and Shandy Bandits will team for a 10 p.m. Friday show at the cantina, 2906 S.W. Sixth Ave.; cover is $6. Then, Lane Provence, Chad Feemster and Kerry Scheller, who perform regularly at the Will Rogers Range Riders rodeo arena, will swap songs at 10 p.m. Saturday; cover is $7. Austin rock band Nominee will perform at 10 p.m. Tuesday with support from Amarillo indie rockers Mount Ivy; cover is $3. Then, Deathbelles and Maggie Burt will perform for a 7 p.m. Wednesday fundraiser for Don't Go with the Flow, a local effort to stock the Cal Farley Community Outreach Center with feminine hygiene products; admission is $5 or a hygiene product donation. Texas country favorite Mike Ryan, whose new single "My Hometown" is climbing charts, will perform at 10 p.m. Friday at the bar, 2424 Hobbs Road; cover is $15. Then, Lubbock-based Americana band Flatland Cavalry will give at 10 p.m. Saturday show; cover is $10, and here's my last interview with the band. And Amarillo-based Americana band Comanche Moon will give a 10 p.m. Thursday show; there's no cover. In addition, Shane Rogers performs around 9 p.m. Mondays, and Brian Wynne performs at 9 p.m. Wednesdays; both shows are free. Plus, the bar's happy hour performances continue: The Solano Project on Tuesdays, Johnny Reverb Holston with Marc Durham and Jay Weeks on Wednesdays and Bobby McCauley of The Cassettes on Thursdays. The concert — which organizer Jim Hutson describes as "kind of like the county fair — it gets bigger and better every year" — is expected to feature more than 100 low-brass players performing holiday tunes.
