Tonight's concert featuring classic rock band Kansas has been cancelled, little more than two hours before it was set to begin.

The band cited an "unforseen illness of a member of the band," according to Han Owens, marketing administrator of theAmarillo Civic Center Complex.

Owens said there is no plan to reschedule the date.

Ticket refunds are available at the original point of purchase. Credit card purchasers will see their refund on their statement. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

The band has been touring to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its biggest hit, Leftoverture (which includes "Carry On Wayward Son"), by performing the album in its entirety, as well as songs from the band's other albums, including its latest, The Prelude Implicit.

For questions regarding refunds, call the PanhandleTickets box office at 806-378-3096.
