FREE SCREENING: Explore the life of Dorothea Lange

Join the Amarillo Museum of Art and Panhandle PBS for a special photography event on Thursday, December 4th at 7:00 p.m.at the Amarillo Museum of Art.  A concise one-hour version of the PBS film, "American Masters - Dorothea Lange: Grab a Hunk of Lightning" will be shown, free of charge, followed by discussion and Q&A with the film's director and narrator, Dyanna Taylor, who is also Dorothea Lange's granddaughter.  The film is an intimate documentary that explores Dorothea Lange's life, passions and uncompromising vision.  Taylor is a Peabody and five-time Emmy Award-winning cinematographer who currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
