The folks behind Indian Oven are remodeling a site on Paramount Boulevard.
Kuldip Banwait, an Amarillo doctor, purchased property at 2406 Paramount Blvd in February.
The building most recently was home to Texas Chicken Bowl 2.
A city building permit shows the contractor on the project is Parveen Banwait, who is owner of Indian Oven. The renovations planned include a small addition of roughly 330 square feet.
Indian Oven currently operates at 5713 Southwest 34th Avenue, just east of Bell Street.
