Reservations are due Thursday for a dinner honoring the Amarillo area’s most faithful supporters of the arts.
The 34th annual Golden Nail Awards will be held at 6:30 p.m. April 7 in the Amarillo Civic Center Complex Grand Plaza, 401 S. Buchanan St.
The awards, chaired by the Amarillo Convention and Visitor Council Arts Committee, honor individuals, businesses and foundations that have made financial or in-kind contributions to or have volunteered for fine arts organizations in Amarillo and the area.
More than 400 were nominated for individual, business, foundation and volunteer awards. A Summit Award will be given to an individual for lifelong support of the arts. Other awards, presented as warranted, include the Golden Touch Award for new or innovative ideas.
The Martinis will provide live music, and M Joe’s Catering will provide dinner.
Tickets are $65.
