PANHANDLE PBS TO BROADCAST AMARILLO OPERA’S LUCIA DI LAMMERMOOR
Fans who missed Amarillo Opera’s Lucia di Lammermoor at the Globe-News Center in October will have another opportunity to see this lavish production. Panhandle PBS will broadcast Amarillo Opera’s Lucia di Lammermoor Friday, December 20 at 8:00 p.m. Based on Sir Walter Scott’s Gothic masterpiece, Lucia di Lammermoor is an enduring tale filled with mystery, apparitions, secret affairs, and murder. Featured performers include Hanan Alattar, Eric Barry and David Pershall.
